3 star hotel did the job. Good location only 15 mins walk into city centre. Ample parking and very close to sea world and Lego discovery centre. Lots of food options and shops within walking distance. Hotel was average but this was one of the cheaper options for the weekend so value for money. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t enjoy the cooked breakfast but made use of the waffle machine and continental options. Rooms could have been cleaner, carpets need a deep clean.

I had had an accident during the day and on checking in at Hampton Hilton Broad Street Birmingham receptionist Marie noticed that I was shaken from the day’s events. Marie was kind, sympathetic, friendly and very helpful. Marie made our stay even better with her kindness - thank you so much Marie your support was amazing and I really appreciated your kindness. Other staff members were also very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to our next stay very soon.

Handy for shopping, theatres & arriving by train. Breakfast is buffet & constantly checked, staff very helpful. Plenty of places nearby for food & drink. Parking is payable & can add to your stay £12 a stay, not 24 hrs. Check in is 15:00, Checkout is 11am, you could end up with a fine, if extra is not paid if you fancy a last min look around before leaving.
