Welcome to Hanover Haven, a grand 115-year-old Birmingham home where historic charm meets modern comfort. Perfectly positioned in one of the city’s most vibrant areas, you’re just a short walk to beloved parks, restaurants, nightlife, and local shops — and only minutes from UAB, the BJCC, and downtown attractions.

This spacious historic retreat was designed with groups in mind. Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, rich character details, and plenty of room to gather. The oversized kitchen makes hosting easy, while multiple living spaces ensure everyone has room to relax.

For entertainment, the sunroom welcomes you with classic game stations including Pool, Ping Pong, and Air Hockey — the perfect setup for friendly competition. TVs in every room with streaming access (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+) mean no one misses their favorite shows or the big game.

Step outside and enjoy the porches and decks — ideal for morning coffee, evening grilling, or simply soaking in the charm of this historic neighborhood.

For safety and preservation of the home, the attic, basement, and backyard are not accessible to guests. The two main levels, front yard, porch, and both decks are fully yours to enjoy during your stay.

There is ample free street parking available. If traveling with multiple vehicles, we kindly ask that you park directly in front of the property, across the street, or further along the circle rather than in front of neighboring homes.
