Checked and front desk person was busy but very friendly and personable. Went to room and found hsk still cleaning and a broken window shade. Went back down and Pam delivered top notch customer service. Immediately went up to the floor to investigate. She was super busy and could have been less accommodating but she was fantastic. Kind and helpful- and got us almost immediately into another room.

We stayed here for a concert. The place is wonder just right off the interstate. I love that there's breakfast bar and staff is friendly. However the walls are super thin. We heard the people above had night.

The bed was a little creaky, and I could feel the vibrations when the noisy neighbors above were running back and forth. The floor also creaked in front of the bathroom, which is inconvenient when you're trying not to wake the others up. I did like the cleanliness and suite room layout.
