My reservation was cancelled. I was not notified and then I was told I could get the same room at the higher rate. The manager on the phone was dismissive and rude the employee was not considerate of the fact we drove over 12 hours and due to there greed we didn’t have a place to stay. I was also told a reservation with a 3rd party was guaranteed reservation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a reservation that they did not honor. They did not call me when they cancelled the reservation. The told me I had to pay a higher rate for the room I reserved.

Bad:The ceiling squeaked and creaked whenever the person upstairs moved around. There was palmetto bug in our shower. Good: The staff is very friendly and parking seemed safe. AC worked great.

Whe we arrived, Jennifer at the front desk said our reservation had been canceled. She proceeded to laugh at me. She offered to re-book the reservation at more than double the cost of the original reservation. We arrived just a few minutes after midnight. I did not know my reservation would be canceled at midnight. Perhaps that’s the policy, but to laugh in my face was extraordinarily rude. I said no thanks and left. I was afraid I’d be sleeping in my car but called around and found another hotel.
