Fantastic Hotel. Great location, Lovely room. A great Bar, but didn’t stay in there long as it was just way too expensive. Lovely staff. Such a shame about the guest prices, I can’t comment on the Breakfast, again it was extortionately priced, but no issue as there are amazing local dining options all within easy walking distance!! Room Service is questionable? We tried getting food / snacks later on but “the kitchen was closed”? Would be so easy for a Hotel like this to offer an all night cold sandwich menu. A tip for visitors would be to eat early as unless you want an over the counter Kebab, getting food later on (after 9PM) seems to be a common problem anywhere in Birmingham city centre. Despite the negatives, we’d definitely stay again. Birmingham city centre is fantastic!!

Lovely hotel and a great location. Room was perfect and very clean. The bars and restaurants are beautifully decorated and the feel of the place is luxurious. All staff were very polite and service impeccable. Enjoyed breakfast/ great selection and options in a beautiful French themed environment. Def visit again.

The hotel itself is nice and very clean. Staff let it down, they must literally hire anyone, no people skills or customer service skills. I stayed in one of the suites, when paying premium prices to stay in Birmingham, I expect premium service not travel lodge experience

Room not ready for nearly an hour after check in time and no complimentary drinks whilst waiting. No tea variety in room and someone else’s name on tv welcome screen. Poor wifi, no slippers in room either.
