Needs air conditioning and extend pool time

Sunny weather meant the rooms were very hot. No air conditioning, windows have safety restraints so windows only open a little. Too hot to sleep. Pool is open until 9pm but children must leave by 6.30pm and not allowed in until 9am. This is not a resort hotel so, after being out all day in Birmingham we didn’t arrive until 5.30-6pm. Meant children only had a few minutes to cool down and play in the pool.
