Not a brilliant stay. Very, very long wait at check in with the explanation ‘everyone arrived at once’ — funny that when it’s the start of check-in! Breakfast a little disorganised and long wait for requested fried eggs, lukewarm coffee and pale bacon with congealed fat. Staff very polite and friendly which is always lovely. Parking stressful in packed car park.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, which made it easy to find anything I needed during my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. However, I found the hotel amenities to be quite limited compared to what I expected. While the basics were provided, there weren’t many additional facilities or services that usually enhance the overall experience. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options. Still, I was disappointed with the parking charges. For the price of the stay, I feel that parking should have been included. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a few improvements could make it much better. If the amenities were expanded and parking included, the experience would be significantly improved.

Inside the bath there was an ugly looking mark. It looked like something like an insect or poop. I tried to run run water over it. It did not come off. When I went inside the bath to take a shower. I saw it was a rust mark. The whole of the bath was worn out. In a very unsafe condition. I mention to the receptionist that I am shocked. It is an area really cleaned. Do the motel not care about public safety. A hotel bathroom should not look like this I

We really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. The customer service was impeccable at the reception on arrival and at the bar during the evening. The staff were so helpful. We also loved the leisure facilities.

The stay was excellent,very handy stop over for NEC, staff were great and the breakfast was plentiful, we had bed breakfast and evening meal but my only gripe was the £17 each we had been allocated for use in the restaurant/bar area we weren’t allowed to buy alcoholic drinks with it so basically waved goodbye to £34 as we had already booked elsewhere to eat out

Spent one night here, so not a lot to go on, but had a good stay. Comfortable, nice breakfast, luxury room with amenities. My only complaint is that it rained the night before and the day of my stay. There must've been a leak somewhere, as the carpet in one area was soaked. Gave me wet feet! As it was only one night, I didn't complain, but it does affect the score I'm giving.

We agreed with thenhotel.to get a full refund as there was a rave next door and we didn't get any sleep, once the rave finished they had a party in the hallway and know one stopped it ..hotel have agreed to give us our money back
