Yosemite's eastern gate and Tuolumne Meadows are not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. Traveling in inclement weather where the road had closed. We stopped at Creekside Inn to take our chances on a room available. There was only one desk clerk, as the other had called in, and a line of people. The desk clerk was wonderfully efficient and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice with many options. Would definitely recommend.

We were very impressed with the overall clean and solid condition of this property and the room itself. Very nicely and 'fittingly' designed and decorated throughout. The bed was the most comfortable I have experienced in a very long time. Complimentary breakfast was so much more than "continental". It is close to full service. All of the staff members were impressive. Could not have asked for anything more from this hotel or the staff.
