My second stay at the Guesthouse. I had one of the small private rooms last time. Wife and I stayed in a larger room this time. We will definitely be back on future trips to the area. Pretty grounds with hammocks and chairs spread out near the pond in the back and around the green area out front. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, with the quiet being a surprise given the Guesthouse is right on the main drag through town. The common area with kitchen and tables is a nice feature for those like us on a long road trip. Easy walk to a variety of eating places in town. Slightly higher price than some of the name-brand motels nearby, but a definite bargain considering the nice accommodations. A special thank you to Lawrence for helping us with our camp trailer. He had his hands full with other guests, his family, and his day job, getting pulled in probably five different directions. Appreciate that he took the time to get us situated with this bulky piece of gear.

Very nice setting A/C was set too hot for first night and start of second night. Finally started working. Too hot to sleep comfortably
