The property did not have onsite staff, the office was closed and we had to check-in and check out at another property owned by the same person. However the room was very clean and the shower had excellent pressure.

Particularly liked that I could park very close to the room, and that there is only one step up. Travelling with my elderly mom makes this desirable.
Check-in is done at another hotel a mile away. It would have been nice to be told that BEFORE we got to our real destination. When the first key wouldn't work to let us into the room we had to GO BACK to the other motel. We did get keys that worked to another room but later that night we found out that the TV wasn't connected to a service so there was NO TV for us to watch. Fortunately we brought reading material. After contacting the OTHER MOTEL by phone we were offered a different room. We didn't take it as we were already settled in for the evening and didn't want to pack up and move our stuff, and chance that the next room had a problem too.
The place was clean. The bed was comfy, with soft lavender sheets. The heater worked well but was noisy.

I am sure the owners are good, hard working people. BUT the property needs a good scrubbing. the wooden blinds were dusted, but filthy. the door stuck, difficult to open
bathroom fan didn't work. wifi didn't work. kitchen light was faulty, flashing the light . . .
