Well Lilly at the front desk was great our reservation was not in the system from expedia luckly I had all the paperwork and luckly she had a room empty it would of been very upsetting if the hotel was full .I don't know who was to blame but probally expedia.Now the hotel itself its like most mid level hotels its old and needs some love and its more the little things that don't cost much alot of it is upkeep and repairs like paint window covers etc.why would this hotel have grounds people working on daily basis yet a large piece of trash was left on the ground outside room 215 for two days on the green turf and is probally still there that is a issue?In summary I see a old hotel in a small old town taking in a large amount of money on a yearly basis and not alot of that money going back into the property and why is that because people settle for less and don't expect anything more

Booked reservation thru Expedia. Upon arrival, hotel had no record of reservation . Hotel staff informed me that the same thing happened to another customer an hour prior. Thankfully, hotel staff/Emily was able to place me in another room after canceling with Expedia and booking directly with them. I'm not happy with Expedia at the moment. Hopefully, they will make things right.

I appreciated the layout of the king bed room. Very comfortable. Very nice. Everything worked. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was continental. Amazing desk clerk that found and returned my husbands credit card.
