• Pet-friendly! ($150 per pet fee) No pee pads allowed (use will result in a fine)

• Must be 25+ to rent

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

• Community rules:

– Life jackets required for all lake activities

– No fireworks

– Valid PA fishing license required for Lake Sinca

– No glass or alcohol in community common areas (lake, beach, playgrounds, roadways)

• Security: Exterior camera facing driveway only
