No place to off load luggage - you have to lug it from a block away in a parking lot - the people working there were very nice - the king size bed was in a low platform that was very uncomfortable to get out of - the bathroom was nice & updated although the sink was for a 2 year old - VERY small

As a senior citizen I felt it was difficult to easily get around. Stairs were steep and tiresome to move up and down. Room was extremely small. No place to apply make up and store medicine and beauty supplies. No place to hang a towel and face cloth near sink that was in your sleeping area. Room was attractive and bedding was great. Staff was kind and very attentive. I realize that hotel has not been open only a couple of months. Food was great and especially enjoyed the key lime pie. Wonderful pie. Also felt that the check in area was too small and tight. Too many items on display that that were for sale in this confined space. Outside relaxing areas were attractive and comfortable. All in a great time because of Barbara and staff.
