This property is under construction! Imagine having a late check in of around 1am and hoping to catch sleep till late next day and at 7:30-8am they start drinking right above your ceiling!! You call front desk only to be told they can’t help as they are repairing their alarm systems and this would continue till 3pm!! Nowhere in Expedia or on their website if this repair work mentioned!! He said it’s mentioned on their website, I have screenshots to prove that it isn’t mentioned anywhere! The front desk guy was very rude and arrogant! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Beautiful hotel!

The hotel was beautiful and everything seemed brand new. Our room was spacious and extremely clean We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely come back when staying in Bloomington!

Someone else's dirty laundry

Our initial room was nice until we noticed a sizable week spot on the floor. Upon speaking to the staff, we were promptly put into another room. At which point everything was fine until we went to check out. I was gathering up my daughter's clothes when I picked up a pair of socks and asked her about them. She told me they weren't hers. Since they weren't mine, I can only assume that they belonged to whomever started in there before us. Finding someone else's dirty laundry was pretty disgusting. Other than all that, it was a good start.

Good stay just small issues

It was a good place to stay, however, the Handicap seat in the tub feel after sitting down on it and cut my finger. The staff was very nice about it but it hurt pretty good. Bathroom door would not shut, looked like the hinge needed 2 screws. The lighting in the room was poor at best.
