Lots of Problems

The renovated room was great but the rest of it was not great. The spa was out of service. The outrageous price for parking was unacceptable and unadvertised! You must use a 3rd party app to pay for parking and risk exposing your credit card info! For that hassle and cost alone is reason not to return ever. To pay $23 for breakfast is not worth it either. The noise of downtown Bloomington is ridiculous, do the police actually work? Constant racing until 1 AM.

Very pleasant 2 night stay. Front desk was wonderful! Would have given 5 stars had it not been for the construction crew on top of my head at 800 am in the morning 😑 Called front desk and they stopped it for 45 mts but then the racket started again. Except for this, very nice location close to downtown Bloomington and very friendly front desk. Thank you!

Hot tub was out of order and there was construction on the floor above us we didn’t know about until we were handed the keys. We were told work wouldn’t begin until after 9 and maybe not then. Noisy drilling or grinding started at 8:15am. The place is fine but that was very inconvenient.

The bed & sheets were nice. Even though the friendly staff brought us a second remote we couldn’t get either the ancient tv to work properly. The hot tub was warm but no jets worked. The construction, we weren’t advised about, stayed at 9am with drilling. Traffic noise on street side was loud as well.
