It was fairly quiet (except one morning the construction next door was pretty loud). The amenities-shampoo, lotion, etc. were all empty.

We checked in early due to the game. I booked on Travelocity so the clerk kept mentioning it for some reason. I knew the price before I went in there and would not have booked it if I was unable to pay do not sure if there was x problem with that. I put in my card snd signed. Then she said it was going to go back to the credit card page. I had already signed so I wasnt sure what she was talking about. Then she said oh it was approved. My husband and I looked at her snd tried to figure out what she was talking about. Did she not think I had the money? During the checkin she said she was going to check to see if a room was ready. She said one was available ion the first floor. I was surprised because we usually have to haul our stuff to the second and third flloor. When we went to the room we notice the first flioor was property wasunder construction and was is a mess. The doors had yellow tape on them and it looked bad. The floors had cardboard taped down on them. There was no microwave in the room. If you pay 500.00 for a room that should be one of the main items in there. The breakfast was barely there. We went to breakfast at 9:00 Sunday morning. There was no bacon. The eggs were dry and the sausage gravy was almost gone. While I was there it was not refilled. The lady bring out the food brought more hard biscuits and nothing to eat them with. There was no microwave there either. This is the last time I will stay at the Hampton inn.

Thank you for choosing our Hampton! Our hotel is walking distance, one stoplight, from the Indiana University Athletic Complex. There is an increase in demand for our convenient location and the system may price us higher than locations further away. We have microwaves available in all of our King Suites and there is one available 24/7 in our breakfast area. We hope to earn a 5/5 on your next stay.
