New for 2027: Starting April 1, 2027, Villino Rosanna will offer guests an exclusive private pool for an even more relaxing and private experience.



Located in Bogliasco, Liguria, this elegant 120 m² villa accommodates up to 7 guests. It features 3 bedrooms and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, plus 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there’s a spacious room with a double bed and double sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub, and a laundry area. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware. Amenities include private air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and step-free independent access. Enjoy stunning sea views from Punta Chiappa to the Portofino promontory, as well as mountain views.



Outside, there are two open terraces: the ground-floor terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and umbrella, while the upper terrace features a solarium with loungers. Guests have daily access to the shared panoramic outdoor pool from April to October (open 8 am–7 pm); 2 loungers and 1 umbrella are provided free of charge per accommodation. The pool is accessed via steps and is shared with a neighboring property.



The shared parking area offers 2 garden parking spaces. Events are not allowed, and quiet hours are required after 11 pm. The villa is in a private gated area and offers direct access to the sea and cliffs within a 5-minute walk. Self check-in is available via key box. Public transport connects you easily to Genoa, Cinque Terre, Camogli, Santa Margherita, and Portofino, with bus stops 3 minutes away and train stations 2–10 minutes from the property.
