"Very good location, good staff and excellent airport shuttle service. The breakfast is one of the best I have had, with multiple options, very fresh and delicious. The personnel are very kind. Unfortunately, the check in was very slow and delayed with long lines due to an unexpected situation caused by a cancelled flight and the airline provided vouchers for lodging and food at this hotel for many passengers and the staff did not give priority to our reservation made many days earlier, Anyway, I will come back to this place in future travels"

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and everything the hotel had to offer. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. The Tierra Viva products had a strong herbal scent that wasn’t pleasant for us. We were expecting a lighter, fruity fragrance, but instead they smelled almost like cilantro. While this comes down to personal preference, we felt it detracted slightly from an otherwise excellent experience."
