Clean, Comfy, and Cozy Near Everything! (Family and Dogs Friendly:)

This beautiful home is located in Settler's Bridge Subdivision off of Eagle Rd. where all the action is. Shopping and restaurants, including the new Village Shopping Center are just a couple miles away.
Settler's Bridge Subdivision is a nice community in Meridian with parks for the kids and a beautiful swimming pool open in the summer months. Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you can go to Boise, Nampa or Eagle in less than 30 minutes where you can enjoy the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 12 minutes away.

This was an amazing space for my sister and I. It was clean, organized, and had all of the amenities of home. The garage was convenient for parking and safety. I am not technologically minded and couldn’t operate the tv, BUT Sabrina was so accommodating, and immediately helped me. She was helpful and personable. Thank you, Sabrina, for everything!

Cozy winter home.

Perfect place for my husband & little dog to stay nest grandkids got Christmas. Owners even had a Christmas tree and stockings hung by the mantle. It was just what we wanted.

Thanksgiving stay

House was an excellent place for our Thanksgiving gathering and so warm and welcoming. Really well equipped and fall decor made it feel so much like home. Location was perfect near everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
