I am disabled. He made assumptions before I could even speak and would not let me. The front desk manager was extremely rude, impatient and checked me out the next morning even though I paid for 2 nights. I will never stay at this hotel again. Customer service is most important and he treated me the worst i have ever been treated.

Comfortable hotel for overnight stay

Nice hotel with comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok, did the job. Interior was a little worn, but room was comfy and that’s what’s important. Very nice staff at front desk. Would stay again when driving thru Boise on wThe way home!

We received a call telling us the tv did not work and they could not give us another room. Even though they had other rooms. Because we had already booked it. They could only refund our money back. We have been traveling all day and expected to be able to have a room at 9:30 at night. . And receive the call, they could not do anything about it. That is why I'm giving it this rating of terrible.
