Everything was nice and the room was comfortable, the only negative was that their first floor ice machine wasn't working and their 3rd floor ice machine was supposed to be working but didn't. Other than that, Everything was great.

This hotel was good. The only thing I would say is when we stood there last there are some townhomes near the parking lot and when we stood there, someone there had their music on and it seemed like it was pretty loud and it was on pretty late, didn’t get much sleep. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were good. The only thing that was old and look kind of dirty was a couch that was in the room. Other than that I would totally give it another chance and for sure stay there again.

Decent but needs imnprovement

We were given a handicap room which was TERRIBLE for us., The shower had no curtain, the floor was always wet. My husband fell hard on the bathroom floor. The toilet was impossibly high. The comforters are NOT down as advertised. There was no cleaning until the day before we left we got the waste emptied--we had to take towels to the desk to get fresh ones. Two lights and the clock radio did not work.

I booked this for my son as he was on his way home from college. He got there after over 10. hours on the road only to be told he couldn't stay there because he was under 21. No where did it ask me if he was over 21 or mention anything about the policy. We had to scramble to find another place that would allow him to stay. My husband called this place to talk with them and they kept saying that it's their policy and that most hotels have this policy. This is is second time making this 3-day trip to college and we've never had this issue. I was very disappointed that we didn't know ahead of time. I get the policy, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time and then I wouldn't have booked it.

It was clean but definitely had a dated feel. There were no accessible outlets for phone charging. Make sure to bring your box. The shower pressure was not much. There was a soda/water fridge at the front desk but you can’t pay with cash and you can’t charge to your room. The breakfast was nice.

Location was perfect. Was average with cleanliness, breakfast items seemed old/stale (bread, muffins, apples etc.) But they did jave plenty of breakfast options. Staff was always very helpful and kind. Would stay there again for the price.

If you want to use the spa, know the jets don't run and the sauna appears totally broken. Watere look ok, but based on the other conditions, only children escaping their parents could enjoy this. Spent 2 nights. One morning a false fire alarm evacuated everyone at 4am. Firemen came and went and the alarm system continued flashing bright lights with no elevator until 6am. Management is clueless.
