Our room key was very difficult to use and we had to go get help to get into our room. The sweet girl from the desk showed us the "trick" which was to go extremely slowly and tilt the key to one side to make it work. That shouldn't have been necessary. The key should have worked with no problems. We were never sure if we would get into our room or have to go get help. The mattress smelled of vomit on my husband's side and when we let the desk staff know at check out they mortified, were apologetic and said they will send someone immediately to take care of it. I have no doubt if we had asked the night before they would have changed rooms for us. The bed was sooooooooooooo comfortable! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly and I have reservations to stay there again.

Nice and clean. Breakfast was hot and ready every morning. Probably the cleanest continental I have been to. Road noise from the highway was a bit much at times. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The room was really lovely and very roomy. The bed was just very comfortable. The pool was huge. We really enjoyed that. The only negative was the air conditioner was so noisy. I had to use my earplugs. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and it came on anytime you turned on the light. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We had booked for 4 days & 5 nights, come Wednesday morn the wife had woke up with back issues (was not due to the bedding) she had toughed it out for the day, but Thursday morn proved more challenging & we realized we needed to head home. Front desk manager was very polite & sympathetic & immediately sent a waiver to the 3rd party we had booked through so we were able to get a refund for the additional 2 days. Would we stay with comfort Suites again? Absolutely! We’re just sorry we couldn’t stay longer.
