Night staff was rude and didn’t honor something that another staff member confirmed would be possible upon arrival. Didn’t want to fill the hot water up. Day staff was great and breakfast staff was even better.

As a whole the place is fine, and what I expected, except for the fact that their pool was closed (apparently for months) which was why we booked this place over other options. There was no notices that it was closed or discounts, or even really an apology when we expressed our disappointment.

The staff was very kind and the hotel was clean and inviting. However, the bed was terrible! It was like sleeping on a board.
