Excellent owner communication. Perfect location close to Boise State and the popular greenbelt. The neighborhood was quiet. Great interior layout for each teen to have their own rooms with a nice family gathering area. The house was nicely appointed and well furnished. Very clean. We would definitely stay again.

My mom and I rented this to visit my son in Boise and look for a home to buy. What a great home! I loved the kitchen and the downstairs bedroom, but what makes me want to come back is Fat Gus and Gretchen, the two squirrels I got to feed with permission and an invitation from the owners. As an animal lover, I appreciated their mindfulness for nature!

We had a lovely stay at this home! The host was very communicative and made us feel very welcome. The house was cheerful, clean and had everything that anyone would need. They even have a friendly neighborhood squirrel that visited with us in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

This is one of my favorite short term rental stays. The house looks even bigger and better than the pictures. It’s comfy, cozy, and clean. We particularly liked the patio outside for morning coffee and relaxing at night. Proximity to the football field and Greenbelt is amazing. Plus, the host took care of us from beginning to end. Very clear communication about check in and check out. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again.

We brought the whole family along for an end-of-summer business trip/vacation. The house was near where we were working and close to a lot shopping, groceries, and entertainment options. It was comfortable for our whole family. Having a garage to park our car in was a pleasant bonus. The owner made contact to make sure our arrival was smooth and communicated when lawn-care was going to be done. Our whole stay was pleasant and this will be a preferred location for us to stay if it is available the next time we come to town.

Great place to stay in Boise

The property was perfect for our needs. The check-in process was simple and easy, the house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and it was conveniently located near downtown Boise with access to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you'd need within walking distance. Having a garage to keep our car in was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!
