Double check your cleaning

Male with long hair at front desk was so rude to my family. How off putting! Bathroom floors were so dirty! Tons of hair, mud smears, simply looks like they forgot to clean the floors in there. I cleaned them myself. Woke up the next morning to no power, which lasted for hours, forcing us to go eat out after buying food to eat in the hotel. Frustrating. Power was back on when we returned thankfully. I dealt with a young woman with long hair the next day who was sweet though! On the day of checkout, I dealt with the female GM who was incredibly kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable, nice furnishings, overall I would stay again.

Asked staff for help regarding the blinds in the room, had to go ask the front desk, the floor and mirrors were pretty dirty for a room that just got cleaned. I did have to leave early due to a family emergency and i was able to get refunded for one night so i was absolutely grateful for that.

The staff was fine, but the total experience was not. We arrived at 8:30 PM and was told our room was not ready; the dishwasher in our room was broken but they were almost finished cleaning the room. When we returned after dinner they said they'd call us in the morning to change rooms. We asked why we had to change rooms and the reason given was that they had overbooked and were having to make lots of adjustments ( we called the desk in the morning & found that the reason was that they were going to replace the dishwasher. We said we'd do without the dishwasher and wouldn't be changing rooms). They did give us each $40 credit at their little snack store but said they couldn't give us anything off the registration because Expedia already had the money. The window coverings were controlled by a keypad with no directions, and the room lights automatically all came on 3 times between midnight and 7am so we were wakened and had to get up to turn them off. Oh. And no hair dryer, which would have been a disaster if my roommate hadn't brought hers. Needless to say, we will not be back...even though the beds were comfortable.

The staff was nice and helpful, and the room had clean sheets and towels, but the rest of the room had not been cleaned. The shower was dirty, the floors were dirty and the couch was super dirty and needed vacuumed. I had to clean the shower before I used it. My work peer had another room and he told me the same thing and that he just didn't shower because of how dirty it was. My other work peer had another room and said her couch was covered with dog hair. Other than that the room was pretty nice.

Service was excellent and the room was huge. Comfortable bed, room was clean. The only issue was that you can hear every footstep the room above you takes. Our neighbors upstairs were racing back and forth well into the night, and then up again before 7:00. The handle in the shower came off and we couldn’t shut the water off. I also could not get the coffee pot lid shut in order to make a cup of coffee. I wanted to like this place but it was a struggle…

Dirty Uncleaned Yucky

Dirty room. Socks, shoes and plastic lids under the bed. White stains on couch - easily removable. I thought of flipping the couch cushions, but there was more trash underneath it. Sheets were bad, black balls from overuse. It was such bad texture, but I didn’t even climb in the bed. A bunch of construction workers were partying and making noise until the wee hours in the morning right under the windows. Service was mediocre at best. I waited for 20 minutes to check out. There was nobody there. I won’t stay there again. Even though the building was new. CLEAN PLEASE!

Gorgeous hotel and rooms, most comfortable bed and pillows, great location right across from venue. Only issue we had was the fridge didn’t work but we were moved to another room right away. Staff was very friendly and professional and the maintenance man was as well. Definitely will stay here again!
