This bright and cozy 1 bed 1 bath basement apartment is the perfect spot to be home away from home, with a separate entrance, full kitchen, and private outdoor space.

Clean, comfortable, and a great jumping-off spot for anything you’d like to do in Boise. One block to a coffee shop (Alchemist) and walking distance to many other restaurants and things to do! Relax after a full day of exploring our beautiful city by sitting outside in the backyard to enjoy the pleasant evenings.
The space
The basement apartment has one private bedroom with a Queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room (A single bed and a single trundle bed underneath). Bed linens provided.

*To note* it is a basement apartment so you may hear noise from the house above. (Ie- foot-traffic, talking, etc). Many of our guests don't have an issue with it, but if you are noise sensitive, you may want to consider one of our other units at the same property.

Just 3 blocks away from the Whitewater park where you can relax at the beach, swim or paddle on the pond, surf the whitewater wave, kayak or float the river, and hit the Greenbelt (the 25 mile track that follows the Boise River through the city).

We want our Guests to experience the real Boise and have fun doing it. We provide bikes to ride into the hills or for a night out downtown, SUPs to be on the pond, and a travel crib for babies.
*Note: Bikes may not be available from November-February as the weather doesn't usually permit comfortable biking.

Other things to note
*This is a bright and cozy basement apartment with its own separate entrance and dedicated outdoor patio area. While we have done our best to sound proof the house, it is a basement apartment and so there may be some noise from the guests in the house above. We ask all guests to be respectful of the other tenants and to observe that after 10pm is quiet time for the property.

*Our House, Apartment, Loft, and Studio can be joined together for a larger group Rental.
The House is a 2 bed/2 bath that can sleep 8, the Loft and the Studio are both Studios that can sleep 4 each.
