Surrounded by mature landscaping for exceptional privacy, this inviting retreat is just steps from the renowned Boise River Greenbelt with miles of scenic shady trails for walking, biking and fishing. The neighborhood is also graced with 8 private lakes creating a perfect setting for getting outdoors.

Expertly renovated by the owner/contractor, this home features rich real hardwood floors throughout the main living space and carpeted bedrooms. The newly remodeled kitchen has a large island with plenty of prep space as well as a great place for friends and family to gather. Brand new appliances include a full size refrigerator as well as a separate beverage refrigerator. There is an RO system at the kitchen sink to provide filtered drinking water. A generous pantry provides plenty of storage space. The entire kitchen is shown off by exquisite lighting that contributes to a very inviting atmosphere!

This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The spacious primary bathroom includes separate vanities and plenty of space to prepare for your day.
