Initial room was dirty and apparently wasn’t cleaned. Bathroom had a wet towel hanging in it. Bedding was dirty and stained. Requested a move to another room and it was clean. Accommodating staff.

Do not stay here

Hotel refused to accommodate disability, gave us the furthest room from the entrance. Noise level is beyond acceptable, right by the highway. Hotel manager disappears for days, front desk staff keep telling us, they can not find their manager.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was very good as well. The only complaint is that our room was on the freeway side and you can hear the traffic all night.

All good but the shower

No matter what we did to prevent water from coming out of the shower, the shower head poured out of the shower creating a pool of water in the bathroom. The bathtub of the shower sounded like it was ready to break during any movement.

Service was great. Room was clean, however housekeeping forgot to wipe the headboards that were visibly dirty. Everything else was great. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay agin!

The staff at this Hotel is beyond the best...they go above and beyond to help in any way needed. They interact with guests in a pleasant way that makes you feel like they truly want you to stay there.

Great stay, but it is a bit noisy next to the freeway. They do leave earplugs in the room, but we didn't use them. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, though. Pool and hot tub are small, but serviceable.
