Perfectly located at the original Boise City Wave, you can watch or even participate in Boise’s surfing culture. The adjacent park, Esther Simplot Whitewater Park, boasts 3 Ponds for SUP, canoeing or relaxed raft floating; there is also a beach area to enjoy. The views here are amazing and gives you a look inside why Boiseans LOVE where we live!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! One of the biggest highlights was the location—being right on the greenbelt, with easy access to beautiful walking and biking trails. We spent every morning and evening enjoying the views.It was the perfect balance of nature and convenience, and we truly felt relaxed and recharged after our stay. The room was clean but was difficult to keep clean because of the wet weather. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. The parking situation was not ideal and thankful we were able to find parking due to the slow season of our stay. The views were the best part of our stay.

The property location and accommodations were just what I was hoping for. The apartment was very clean. The location on the Boise River Trail close to music, food, and swimming was perfect. The only drawback for me personally was that parking can be challenging and the mattress was a little too firm.
