This stay was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life! We booked a two-week stay during the hottest time of the year and the AC was not working properly. When we communicated the issue to the host, she made it sound like it wasn't a big deal and that I was being picky.
After day miserable nights, the host finally had an HVAC technician come out and of course he found that the AC unit had issues that needed to be fixed, but was not equipped to fix it at the time and would have to come back. I had enough and worked with VRBO directly to get out of the rental, which was also a huge pain.
After nearly four months of back and forth with VRBO, I finally received the full refund for my stay. This was a complete disaster and could have been avoided if the host was quick to fix the problem and didn't insult my intelligence by thinking there was not a real issue with the AC.
Living room furniture not comfortable and it was weird that there were not mattress pads on the beds. Just a fitted sheet directly on top of the mattress.
Place was clean and well kept so thatâs super important.
Porch light was burnt out so very dark when we got there.
Two items I wanted to bring attention to, the cobwebs around the front and back entries need to be cleaned up and the bed mattress was to soft, maybe due to age.
Other than that, the place was perfect for our stay. Located close to stores, shopping and restaurants.
Was a good short stay. Nothing really to complain about. Rate was great, place was clean. Just a couple spiders to kill. Other than that I would gladly stay there again if another staycation is needed.
It was nice and cozy. The kids had a good time. We had no problems and it was clean. Definitely coming back to this place. It was perfect when we wanted to get coffee or Dutch bros. It was pretty close to stores and restaurants.
The property seemed new and was fine for what we needed. The beds seemed cheap, the frame was broken but the property management got it fixed very promptly, sleeping in a bed that feels like a hammock wasnât fun. The bathroom had a couple dry wall patches, they just get them fixed and cleaned up before guest stay there. The bathtub/shower didnât drain very fast. Overall itâs fine for adults and if youâre just sleeping there itâs in a good location. They supplied mostly everything you would need.
Nice place. We didnât stay long, but the property management was very attentive prior to our stay and made sure everything was in order. Furniture was nice and well stocked
Very new and clean apartment. Two bedrooms, each with it's own private bath. Apple TV with included service and a very nice TV. A little noisy been in the morning with commuter be traffic, but not too bad. Fully stocked kitchen. AC worked great on 100 degree days.
Location was really the only good thing. Amenities were limited. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. Other reviews noted it was clean but I do not agree. I had to clean the downstairs myself and wash rugs and blankets as well. Still felt uncomfortable putting my infant on the floor. Beds were decent but the bedding was bad. Hardly fit and we constantly had to remake the beds.
A few things I wrote the owner separately after we left and never heard back, so Iâll write them here for others to know.
There was hair build up behind the bathroom door that wasnât cleaned. Also, hair in the shower. But it did smell and look clean over all.
The bed was the most soft bed Iâve ever tried to sleep in. Sinking soft.
There was no garbage receptacle in the kitchen and someone had left their bag of garbage under the sink.
When we got there, they had left the upstairs bathroom window open on a 90+ degree day, it didnât cool down to sleep up there that first night.
Other than all that, it was nice.
As listed, was a nice townhouse for our short stay in Boise. Comfy beds, we all slept well. If you are a Starbucks fan, quick walk across the street to get morning coffee and breakfast.
This rental was very comfortable for my family to stay in for a night during our road trip. The beds were great and the kitchen well stocked. We would stay here again!
We were visiting for a wedding. This townhome is in a great location- close to many things and the airport. We were comfortable in the this cute townhome. The property manager was very responsive and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you!
It was smooth until finding place. If I had not stayed at this place last spring before, I would have got lost again. The address used or sent to me the last two times I stay was Avenue and the address is actually on Drive.
Really need to have that fixed before sent to next guest.
Everything else in general was tidy and in order.
If you want this to be a five star place then you should swap out the toilet paper to a bit better type.
Everything else was really good.
This was our first trip to Boise to visit our granddaughter at Boise State. The rental was in a convenient location to downtown. The unit was just as described. All the communication was accurate, complete and timely. We would stay again.
