Hannah made my entire stay start off on the best possible note. I travel frequently, and I can honestly say she was the nicest and most welcoming person I have ever had check me in at a hotel. From the moment I walked up to the desk, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. She made the process quick and seamless while still taking the time to make me feel valued as a guest. One moment that really stood out was when she asked me, “what made you smile today?” I was honestly shocked in the best way and it immediately showed how positive and thoughtful she is. That small question made a big impact and is something I will not forget. On top of the excellent service, the hotel itself was extremely clean and much nicer than I expected. Everything was well maintained and added to an overall great experience. It is rare to come across someone who truly cares about the guest experience as much as she does. Her positive attitude and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it set the tone for the rest of my stay. Employees like Hannah are a huge asset to any hotel. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

The hotel was convenient, reception staff friendly and efficient. We were not offered any VIP benefit, but that's OK. The room was very well appointed and setup as a mini apartment. Location is right next to a busy road, so a great deal of road noise was expected and also heard. The biggest issue is the airconditioning. It's horribly noisy, has only a setting for low, high or auto fan and no matter what it was on, it sounded like a jumbo jet landing cutting on and off all night alternatively freezing and baking us. We could not open a window to have the thing just 'off'. If hotels paid attention to their heating/cooling systems, it would improve the stay a great deal. 'Constant fan' setting is something we will always be seeking next stay anywhere.
