"The rental is located in a neighborhood that was clean, had a very relaxed feel, and safe.The house and pool are well maintained and are an ideal setup for anyone that is traveling with kids—especially because the bottom of the stairs are gated and the pool has safety precautions in place. The bedding was comfortable, access to pots, pans, and dish ware were a huge plus, and the appliances were clean.My only feedback was the cleanliness wasn’t where I would expect a highly rated rental to be. The trash was overflowing, dishes were put away wet, remnants from a party were found throughout the house (balloons, beer caps, etc), and the dishwasher had standing water in it when we arrived. Again, not deal breakers, just not something I would expect to deal with when renting a house with this high of rating. I’d highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to the area and looking for a comfortable, family friendly place to stay."

"What a magnificent cottage! Everything you can possibly need is made available by these excellent hosts. Greg was fantastic during check in, and he gave me a quick tour of the property. The room is neat, tidy, and well appointed with a full kitchen plus a table for four. The sofa seating area is comfortable and nice for watching television or enjoying a conversation over tea. The Murphy bed was a fun extra but it was also very comfortable. The setting is serene, peaceful, and quiet. Easy access to local amenities and restaurants."

"Our families (2 families with 8 of us total) chose to stay at this property for our niece’s wedding at Bok Tower. This property was the perfect size for the 8 of us and a great location for Bok Tower. Property very clean, has everything we needed, and host was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property and stay again if needed. "
