Bonita Family Beach Home with Private Beach is back and ready to rent!

It has taken 10 long months to restore the beach house back to pre-Hurricane Ian condition.
Many of our previous renters have reached out to ask how the house held up in the midst of the hurricane. We appreciate all the well wishes, thoughts, and prayers. We have made several improvements to the property during the restoration. We can’t wait for you to see it!
Our family has many memories at the beach house over the last 30 years. From reading the reviews online and the sign in book at the house, it sounds like you all have made many memories there too! Milestone Birthday Celebrations, Multi-Generation Reunions, Wedding Celebrations, Guys’ Fishing Trips, Girls’ Beach Trips, Anniversary Trips, etc.
there are beautiful stories that go along with each trip.
We are so excited to start making memories there again, we hope you are too!

This Private Beach home is directly in the sand on the Gulf of Mexico on Bonita Beach, Florida. Since Hurricane Ian in the fall of 2022, we have been working hard to restore the home and now it is better than ever! It has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. There are multiple spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico including 2 screened balconies and 1 exposed deck with lounge chair and bar seating all overlooking the beach. The first floor boasts a large recreational room with kitchenette and a full bathroom. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas for your beach stay, and a Gas grill, rafts, beach toys and more. You will also find a paddle board and kayak with life jackets for your vacation fun. The home has new luxury vinyl tile throughout and kitchen with granite countertops. A separate dining area and kitchen table and kitchen counter with high chairs offer plenty of space for family dining and great views! The living room area has a 2 story high ceiling. This beautiful home sleeps up to 14 people comfortably with 6 bedrooms including 1 king suite, 4 queen beds, and 4 twin beds. Baby amenities are available upon request.

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Nothing better than to just walk out the door and be sitting on the beach. House had everything you would need and kitchen was well supplied with all the essentials including 2 large refrigerators and one beverage fridge. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Very relaxing. Enjoyed the Gulf water, sand, sunsets, family game night on screened in porch, and the constant sound of waves hitting the beach.

Perfect Beach House

The most beautiful beach house! I can't think of anything that this house did not have to make our family gathering an amazing experience! There is plenty of space, it's clean, and we had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Cynthia was a great host! I am very pleased I chose this listing. It's prettier than the pictures.

Special week in a special place

One of our family commented that we really “created a lot of core memories” this week. And they are right! To walk out the back door and be on the beach immediately was perfect. All accommodations were great for our large and diverse group. Welcome basket of goodies was appreciated. Ample stock of all supplies needed. All applicances were brand new. Plenty of fridge space in the main kitchen and downstairs in the kids room/game room/beach room. Full bath and shower as well as small kitchen with sink, cabinets, and fridge downstairs. Walk from your lounge chair on the beach for drink, rest, whatever. Beds and bedroom configuration suited us well. Multiple TVs with streaming capabilities no problem for the lightening fast WiFi. Very nice home in a very nice location. From dolphins running to manatees and pelicans, our week was the best!

First let me say Cindy was unbelievable. She would check on us to see if we needed anything. She was ALWAYS available. She made our stay wonderful. The house was clean and a great place for families. We Absolutely Love Bonita Beach and this House

This house is a great size, not too big, but big enough for 12 of us to spread out as needed. Your steps from the beach, so no big production to lug all your stuff to the beach. The upgrades in the last year are also really nice. Still feels like you're at home on the beach when we walk in. Looking forward to booking again in the future. Plus Cindy is an awesome host and communicates very well, but doesn't hover or interfere.

Fantastic Guys Trip

We planned a guys fly fishing trip and this location could not have been better. Barefoot beach is one of the best places to catch snook. Each morning we would wander south from the house to the inlet and see tons of snook to throw a fly to. We caught snook, jacks, pompano, whiting, ladyfish on the fly and even got a shark on bait in front of the house at night. The house was roomy and the paddle boards and kayaks were a great bonus. Highly recommend this house!

Perfect Beach House

We setup a trip for my Dad’s 70th. Cindy was amazing. She was communicating with us from before we arrived asking for any special requests, and she kept making herself available in case the need came up. The house was exactly as described and very clean. And the beach in your backyard was breathtaking. Recommend!
