Charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located just 1 mile from Bonita and Barefoot beach. This recently remodeled, open concept home features a spacious living room with vaulted ceiling that flows into the kitchen. There is a second small living space toward the back of the house that opens into the lanai. Pool was completed in Feb. of 2019. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, has a walk-in closet and a master bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Each room has a ceiling fan. Bonita Shores is a peaceful neighborhood and a short walk to several restaurants, ice cream shops, putt putt and shops. Our home is located a few miles away from Coconut Point Mall and The Promenade to the north and The Mercato shopping center to the South.

Amazing and clean

The house was amazing! It is stocked with way more than any VRBO I have ever stayed at! The pool was amazing and very clean. The location was great! We rented bikes and rode everywhere we needed to go! We will definitely close this house again once Bonita Springs is Built back up from the hurricane!

Wonderful Vacation experience

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was a highlight, the property clean and was close to some fun outside adventures when we wanted something besides the pool. Our 4 children were 8 and under and it felt relaxing, fun and safe. Contact with the owner was easy and timely.

AMAZING

Everything was PERFECT! The house was beautiful and very well kept, the screened in patio / pool was refreshing and creature free, and the location was perfect. There was plenty to walk to and everything else was a very short drive or bike ride. The hosts were also very accommodating! We had zero issues with anything but they managed to check in with us (via text) a couple of times to see how things were going. I not only highly recommend, I intend to come back to this home often.

Bonita Springs Family Vacation

The Maxwell family provided a nice home and pool area for my family. The home had almost everything we needed. When I did text the property manager on something, he immediately ordered from Amazon and had to us within 48 hours. We will be referring this property to friends and other family members and will be back again for a family vacation.
