Unfortunately I was double charged for room and room service and charged the deposit for the incidentals as well. When I called them they told me it would take a while to get it back to me. It’s been over a week now and still not been fixed!!!

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room felt intentional and thoughtfully designed. Everything was extremely clean (which matters to me). The steam shower had fantastic water pressure, and the robe was a thoughtful touch. The walkable location to dinner, spa, and activities made the weekend completely stress-free. Would definitely return.

This is such a beautiful hotel and we have a wonderful experience every time we stay. The service is superb, the staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are large and airy with lots of natural light. The bathrooms are immaculate, with large showers and nice amenities. There’s a nice restaurant & coffee shop within the hotel but Garage Food Hall is lovely and steps away. Oodles of other dining, bars and entertainment within walking distance. The parking garage nearby is convenient and reasonably priced. We stay at Bottleworks anytime we can. It’s a favorite for sure!
