The room was clean the beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was spacious. The front end staff was AMAZING! So kind, friendly and helpful. I love the lobby set up and the breakfast room was delicious

For 270.00 a night the bed could have been better but the breakfast was great. The traffic noise was horrible and we were on the 7th floor! Getting to and from was also a nightmare with all the road work.

Bar was poor- a couple of bottles of wine on otherwise empty shelves-- not really a bar at all. Gentleman who worked there was lovely. Hotel smelled musty. Signs of wear and water damage. Only one elevator functioned, very slow. Worst of all: HVAC system sounded like a factory all night!

Desk staff member was very welcoming. Mattress was firm but comfortable. Some signs of age are evident in the hotel and the room; water leaking into the stairway, carpet snags, missing tile grout in shower, stains on wall paper. Loud highway noise and noisy hvac unit in room.

Our checkin and check out receptionist, Ashley S. Was great! She made us feel at home. The only issue we had for was only one elevator working. And there were quite a few guests so the wait was long.

At the check in we received an occupied room. It was very unpleasant to open the door and find someone on the bed… Also, one out of two elevators worked what caused for long waiting times.

Excellent breakfast. I did not like the room - it was a room with wheelchair accessibility, with a weird layout. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. Bless the young people sleeping on that

Property is great, very convenient. Fire a one night stay, I’d definitely stay again. Staff was great. Rooms are big, appreciate the sitting areas. There are almost no outlets though, and none in convenient places, like near beds or sofa

Staff was great and very helpful and welcoming. My only complain is the hotel itself. It is very outdated. The room you can tell was cleaned but everything was very old and worn out. Sofa was worn out , bed was worn out , tv was not a smart tv where you can connect streaming services. Lights were not working as well .
