Stayed for 9 days and housekeeping only brought fresh towels only once. Had to ask desk towels. Trash in room not emptied, ran out of Kleenex. Sign in bathroom talked about conserving and only changing towels if we piled on floor in bathroom, pile got bigger. Dog on our floor barked for an hour one afternoon, people should not leave pets unattended.

Surprisingly excellent

This hotel was surprisingly excellent. The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. There was free and convenient parking. The breakfast was consistently great, and I stayed there for four days. Sausage and biscuits, scrambled eggs and salsa, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cheese omelettes, in a rotation. The pool and fitness center looked clean. There is a nice walking trail behind the hotel that leads to Willow Farm Park. If you want to go out for food there are many restaurants (Wendy’s, Culver’s) and an organic grocery store (Sprouts) within easy walking distance. When I was shorted a set of towels, I received another set immediately from the front desk clerk, with a smile. The desk clerk greeted me when I walked in and out of the hotel. I basically could not improve on this hotel even if I owned it.
