One of our rooms was next to the ice machine, so that was quite loud at times early in the morning and late at night. We were looking forward to a swim, but the swimming pool was closed on Sunday morning, which was a disappointment and hot tub wasn’t very hot felt lukewarm. The options for breakfast were good.

We were told one rate at check in—$144 each for two rooms, but at checkout we were charged $247 per room. The clerk said there was nothing we could do and we had to contact Expedia, which was odd, because we booked with you. I had her give me copies of our check-in and checkout receipts which clearly show two different prices. Can you tell me who to contact?

Room was clean and comfortable. Sofa bed could use an updated mattress. Breakfast was great - lots of good options with protein. Pool was fun - kids loved the slide and even though pool was on the smaller side it wasn't super busy so we still had plenty of room to play.

We had the best time at this Holiday Inn! The employees were so friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for my granddaughter and me. The room was clean, the bed comfy, the water pressure great, and breakfast was hot and filling. It was easy to get to our reunion destination, shopping, restaurants, and attractions.
