Located in the Harborage Association, it is a condo complex with an expansive beach with all properties directly on Lake Charlevoix. This corner unit, lower level condo has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king, the second has two single beds and the third has a queen bed. Two full bathrooms, den with sleeper sofa and dining area with great views of the lake, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Outside patio with seating and grill. There are four tennis courts and a putting green, for your use. A great jumping off place to Petoskey, Charlevoix, East Jordan and all the surrounding resort areas.
