Best Location Ski In/Out Condo @ Boyne Mountain- Walk To Village

This beautifully renovated Ski In/Out condo is in a perfect location at Boyne Mountain nestled right at the base of the main ski runs and adjacent to the retail Village & Avalanche Bay Waterpark. Park your car right next to the condo and leave it be for your entire stay, for you can walk to everything Boyne has to offer from this prime location. From this condos' back deck you can watch your little ones in Ski School right behind the condo or watch them ski down Boyneland......the 6 Man chair and new Boyneland chairs are right behind this condo as well as the Helga House Ski School and Day Care Center. Walk to the spa at the Grand Lodge and rent a pass to use their pool, hot tub, gym and spa treatments in just a few minutes. In the summer, the Mountain Villas pool is right out the front door as well that you have free access to. Walk over to one of the many fire pits and make a S'more, play some corn hole or even try a zip line.

This condo underwent a major renovation and is considered one of the nicest units in all the Mountain Villas, combine that with the prime location and you will be very happy with your choice of condos to spend your vacation. Condo features extensive slate flooring, stainless steel full size appliances, all granite countertops, leather furniture, flat screen TV's, and yet offers a rustic feel with hand made wood furniture. We just added log cabin looking bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and a full on the top. Installed a brand new hot water tank in February of 2023.

Poolside front bedroom offers the queen & full bunk bed and 1 other queen bed plus a loft with one queen and one twin bed and a just renovated tile shower, Flat Screen TV / DVD / Large Closet.

Slopeside Bedroom has a king bed, a large flat screen TV, large granite full bath, ski rack and a ski boot changing bench along with a extensive wall unit for holding all your ski gear during your stay.

Main Great Room has a large flat screen TV / DVD, gas insert fireplace, extending dining table, leather sectional sofa and leather chair with ottoman. If you intend to cook on your vacation, the kitchen has a full size Oven/Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge w/Ice maker and all the essentials to make your favorite meals.

If cooking isn't your thing, your only steps away from all the best Boyne has to offer for dining, Stein Eriksen's dining in the clock tower, Everett's in the Mountain Grande, Trophy Room Pub Pizza in the Clock Tower, Forty Acres Tavern, Mountain Express Deli & Provisions in the village, Kilwins Ice Cream in the village, Apes Ski Pub in the waterpark , the Cafeteria in the civic center and of course the Snowflake Lounge in the clock tower.

The location was ideal, at the base of the lifts and resort. The only surprise was that the third bedroom was a loft connected with the room that had a bunk and separate double bed. We were not with only family, so we had to rearrange where people slept. Once that was settled, it was great. Our host was very receptive and quick to respond.

Great location BUT, I had to contact the host for check-in information. Upon check in time, the cleaner was still there, we got to check in 45 minutes late. Certain parts of the rental were clean, others not so much. The oven had burnt food at the bottom of it, the beds/couch had trash and old food under them. Some of the sheets had stains on them. One mattress had a huge urine stain and an other mattress had 3 blood stains on them. Several of the pillows were yellow and stained. The cooking utensils need to be updated. The utensil drawer had food crumbs in the back of it. Very dusty master bed head board. Unfortunately, we noticed the stained mattresses on our last day while we were stripping the bedding. So, we left disgusted.

We needed a place to stay for a soccer tournament and this condo was a great fit. There was three family's and we shared the place. The kids loved the bunk beds and we did use the deck of cards. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Thank you!

My sister's and I rented this condo for a short weekend trip. When we arrived, we smelled a strong odor as I was unlocking the door with the keypad. When we walked in the smell was so horrible, it smelled like trash/wet dog/cat pee, feces. Etc. As we were checking out the condo and trying to see where the smell came from, we noticed the towels weren't clean/fresh, beds were messy, toilet had utine around the bottom, lights weren't working, and the upstairs bedroom was extremely hot with no A/C. I immediately called the host and told him that we are not able to stay in this condo because it smelled badly and was not properly prepared and cleaned, and the bedroom upstairs was unusable. He immediately became defensive and said that no one has ever complained about these things and laughed at me while he said I can use fans upstairs. Well we didn't pay for fans, we paid for A/C. He said he is sure there is no smell there and said "you must have brought the smell with you." He also said"you will absolutely not get a refund." He finally agreed to send the housekeeper back to the condo but by that time, he had been so condescending and disrespectful that we were not going to waste more time waiting around for the housekeeper to confirm that she cleaned. It is shameful that Todd is representing Expedia and VRBO. I have never experienced this before and cannot believe this man is allowed to have contact with anyone! I would highly recommend that you do not stay here!

Spacious and charming

I have stayed at a lot of the condos in this neighborhood. This one is on par with the rest but stands out because you literally don’t have to walk at all to the lift.It sleeps more than six but I think six is the max number for living comfortably given the smaller kitchen table, available dishes and seating.One shower needs a serious overhaul otherwise the condo is reasonably updated.The gigantic log bunk bed was a hit with the kids.

2 day family trip

We had a family of five stay here for two days of skiing. We wanted something on the slopes so we could arrive and not have to drive anywhere. This certainly fit the bill. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We ate dinners the the onsite restaurants and was easy walk at end of day. We did some minor cooking for breakfast and lunches at the condo. The location was good as we started on the bunny hill for family to “remember” how to ski. Then we jumped right to the high speed lift for remainder of our stay. We didn’t move the car until time to go home. You can ski right to your condo, and just a short walk to get onto the slopes when headed back out. Would stay again.
