Sleeping up to 16, this home is perfect for friends or family looking to experience everything this Northern Michigan ski town has to offer.

Boyne Mountain has become a top year round destination in Michigan.




In the winter it is a skiers paradise offering the best skiing and boarding. Whether your an experienced skier or new to the sport Boyne has it all. Lessons, rentals and even child care is available.




If you are not interested in the winter sports and you want to explore Northern Michigan in any other season this condo is perfectly located in the center of it all. Petoskey is only 15 minutes away from the condo. Petoskey has great shopping, good restaurants and a casino. The Odawa casino is 15 minutes away & shuttle service is available. Disciples is only five minute away from one of the best Golf curses in Michigan. Eight great golf courses with 162 spectacular holes. Other summer activities like swimming, paddle boating, hiking, fishing, biking and tennis are also available. Boyne has several miles of paved and unpaved bike trails both for pleasure riding or challenging mountain bike riding. Now, Boyne also has the top rated Zip Line course in Michigan.

Within walking distance to Midwest’s largest Indoor Water park Avalanche Bay Water Park and Solace Mountain Spa, Boyne Mountain offers adventures for everyone!

It’s a beautiful, spacious condo that provided great accommodations for our large family. One suggestion though is to change your arrival and departure times. Other family members staying at various villas and lodge accommodations had more generous times.

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. Location is walkable to Boynes resort grounds. Unit is spacious for our group of 12 and owners are really great communicators and are attentive to all your needs. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent property for large groups. There is sleeping space for 18. There are 7 queen beds, 1 king, and a bunk bed. There is a kitchen upstairs and downstairs. There is a deck off the living area, and a walk out patio on the lower level. There were 9 in my group. There was no problem with space. Multiple televisions, WiFi, a grill. A half mile from the main hotel at Boyne Mountain. About 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. Not far from Deer Lake. The Skybridge lift is at the shopping village. That was a great walk across.The owner is easy to contact and will answer quickly. I recommend this property.

Easy to check in and conveniently located. Everything was clean, but the cabin is beat up. This is to be expected though as I’m sure they have a high turn over for rentals and everyone is bringing in big skis and boots

34 annual golf outing

Great ski vacation!

The property was clean and there were plenty of sleeping spots for our family. The condo was well stocked and communication with the owner was excellent. Our attempt to connect to Wifi had to be rebooted and someone came immediately to help. We had no other issues that needed attention. Check out was easy and instructions for both check in and out were clear and minimal.

Amazing Spaces for Gathering

This place is perfect for a group gathering! It has two kitchens, two common areas, and bedrooms spread out enough that someone can take a nap or read a book without distractions near by. The porch was also another common area that we used outside. The location was also AMAZING as it was a short trip to the golf course which had a shuttle for us to get home safely after drinking, AND the location was walking distance to multiple bars which also had a shuttle to get us back home safely. Absolutely a perfect location for a gathering. My only regret was that we only stayed there ONE NIGHT!! Could have easily enjoyed a long weekend or longer!
