Modern updated Boyne Mountain studio condo in the Villa perfect for a small family or group. You will be a short walk to all the Boyne Mountain amenities and restaurants. The closest lift is a walkable 100 yards away. This condo is comfy, cozy, and bright. With a wall of windows, natural light floods this beautiful condo. High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.




We live right around the corner and are happy to be your local concierge! Whatever your request, we can probably help you out or send you in the right direction. We can also be available at a moment's notice in case there is an issue that needs to be resolved.

Boyne Mountain has a lot to offer whether you are a first time guest or have been coming Up North all your life! 5 minutes from picturesque Boyne City and 15 minutes from Petoskey, the options are endless. The condo is located 100 yards for ski lift.

We manage other condos at Boyne Mountain. If you need a larger space or want more condos for your family please message me.

You won't get bored if you intend to remain on property throughout your stay but if you decide to venture out you will find a ton of options. Avalanche Preserve in Boyne City has miles of hiking and biking trails and panoramic views of Lake Charlevoix.

This is a private condo with external access. You are also welcome to enjoy the amenities of Boyne Mountain. Restaurants, shops, nightly activities all within walking distance and on property at Boyne Mountain.
On property there is also access to tennis courts, swimming pools, hot tub, gym, golf, water park, lake access at Deer Lake, lawn games, skiing, tubing, and salon.

This condo is 350 sq. feet. It is wonderfully laid out to make the most use of every corner.
It is a studio condo and there is a king bed with new full couch. This is an end unit with wonderful natural light. It is located on the second floor with no elevator.
Newly renovated bathroom.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Check in instructions were perfect and easy to follow. The condo is adorable and perfect for 2. Truly ski in ski out and easy to walk for dinner or drinks on the resort. Highly recommend a day spa pass. We had no hot water but Lyndsey is making it right.

First Anniversary

We were married in Petoskey last year then had our reception at the Beach House restaurant. We rented a large home for our five children to stay with us. This year we found this cute place with walking distance to 40 acres and Everette's. WE LOVED IT! We were able to enjoy the beach, the pool and many restaurants. We even went to see Boyne Thunder. We both agreed it was one of the best weekends we have ever had! Lindsey was so good about getting back to us with any questions we had. We hope to be back next year!

Comfort and Convenience

Nicely updated room with all the little details that you might not think of but appreciate and notice when lacking. Nice towels and linens. Well equipped kitchen for a quick meal or snack and a nice selection of drink ware to enjoy your coffee in the morning or if you are looking to relax at the end of your day with a cocktail after exploring the area.

A night to remember

We had a great stay although it was short. We loved the area and pool. The condo was so cute and inviting. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. The only downside was the upper windows didn’t have curtains or blinds to block the sun. If it was winter time it wouldn’t be an issue but when the sun comes at at 6am it can be a little bothersome. That wasn’t really a big issue but just wanted to put it out there to timber a sleep mask lol. Overall it was a great trip would definitely come back and stay again.

Great little condo

Great little condo. Appears to be recently updated and very clean and nice. Took a short weekend ski trip for a ski instructor training with my wife and 4 year old daughter. It has a sofa bed but didn’t use it because daughter insisted on sleeping in king bed with us which was plenty big. Within walking distance of everything at Boyne Mountain. Close enough to take breaks. No need to drive anywhere, just park your car. Kitchenette was great for breakfast and lunch but we ate out for dinner. Definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

Cozy, clean, well organized place

I took my 10 and 11 year old kids up to Boyne to ski for the weekend. The BunnyHill room/studio was perfect for us. The place is very nice and cozy for an adult and 2 younger kids. You can walk over to the heated pool/hot tub if you purchase a pass for it at the main Boyne Hotel lobby. The bed was soooo comfortable. We had a great time!
