This slope side Disciples Village condo is as close to the action as it gets! Newly renovated from top to bottom, this 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom upper-level condo is a true ski-in/ski-out haven right on Boyneland. Step out the door, and you're on the slopes!
Inside, the open-concept living area offers fantastic sloep side views, cozy gas fireplace, and a new 65' Smart TV- perfect for aprĂšs-ski relaxation. the kitchen, equipped with quartz countertops and a coffee bar, has everything you need to fuel up for another day on the mountain.
The master suite is your personal retreat, with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom featuring a sleek walk-in tiled shower, and a private deck with direct access to Boyneland.
The main floor guest room comes with two queen beds and a hallway bath with a walk-in shower, ensuring everyone has plenty of space.
Upstairs, an enclosed third bedroom doubles as a bunkroom, with two TwinXL over Queen bunk beds, a 55' Smart TV, and its own full bathroom with a tub/shower.
The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer makes it easy to stay fresh after a day on the slopes.
This condo comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, but if you're bringing a larger group, you're in luck! An additional two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in the basement can be rented as well, boosting the total capacity to 20. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Great stay! Will definitely book again. Nicely updated and very clean. Beds and pillows are comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is great next to the mini-park and a 10 minute walk to the village.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our time at Boyne Mountain! This condo is newly renovated and very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make meals. Within easy walking distance to the center of the resort.

Fantastic ski in/out rental

Our family came and stayed here for the first time and had a great trip for spring break. The rental was clean and nice and big enough for us. We had friends stay nearby also. Everything was as described and we would love to return to the same unit or others in the area.

We got there a little early and asked if we could get in early. They said someone would text when its ready. Actually they didnt know who was suppose to text us because I had to call twice and didn’t get in till 4:15! Lost internet (wifi) for 2 days due to cable being cut? We needed it to do work from home, which was an inconvenience! If we checked out late by 15 min we would be charged 100.00. They should refund us 100.00 for getting in late

Very clean and well-kept condo. Convenient to Boyne City and everything at the mountain. Loved the view of the bunny hill slope out the living room windows and we were there during a full moon. It shined through all the beautiful windows at night as we had a fire in the fireplace! The king mattress was extremely comfortable! Most rentals seem to buy cheap mattresses, but this one was high quality! The only disappointment was the kitchen had the basics but it could use a few more spatulas and such for cooking. The electric stove took a while to heat up too. Overall, though, a five-star stay for us!

Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Property was very clean. We generally prefer to stay a bit closer to the s’mores, games, restaurants, water park, etc. It was a bit further than we like with little ones but we still enjoyed everything just the same, we just opted to drive over a bit more than normal. This is our third time booking with Northern Michigan Escapes and they have been wonderful and easy to work with every time!
