This is a lovely 4 bedroom home in a quiet tropical single family home neighborhood, located two miles from the beach and two miles from all the action of Atlantic Ave of Delray Beach, where all the shops, bars and restaurants are located. There is free parking, high speed internet, and a large private fenced in back yard. All the mattresses are brand new and ultra premium with high thread count sheets. The home is perfect for individuals, couples and families. The home can sleep up to 8 people. Small pets are welcome. No parties are permited!

The house was perfect for our family and the celebration of life for my husband. It was absolutely perfect because we could stand in the driveway and looked directly down 27th Way and see where his house was for 30 years at 719. Very nice home in Boynton Beach

We rented this property for family who came to Boynton Beach for my daughter's Sweet 16. The property is very roomy and everyone was comfortable. The location is safe, central, and easy to get around for visitors new to the area. Communication with Tom was a breeze and the gift basket was a nice touch for some of my family members who drove 14 hours.

Great place to stay!

The house is clean and is in a nice community. The back yard is big and great for kids to run around. All the essentials were provided like shampoo, body wash, detergent, trash bags, coffee, creamer, and a nice snack basket. The communication with the property management is easy. The grocery stores and restaurants are close to the house, very convenient. And the beach is not far either. I highly recommend staying in this house!

Excellent and well appointed

Terrific property that is close to the beach. Owner had the property very well equipped with beach and other outdoor supplies, including plenty of beach towels. The welcome basket of water and snacks was a very nice touch! I would not hesitate to stay there again when I am back in the area.
