Beautiful one-bedroom suite in luxury high-rise.... a 15-minute walk to the stunning beaches of Boynton. Enjoy a balcony overlooking the fountain, lake and nature reserve, facing east to enjoy the sunrise. The suite includes a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher in its full kitchen. The property features two sparkling pools, one for relaxing and one for laps, as well as a jacuzzi, fitness center, 24-hour front desk, parking garage, and secured access. Numerous restaurants/bars within several minute's walk, including the popular, waterfront hotspots Two Georges and the Banana Boat. The Boynton Harbor Marina is also just a block away, offering fishing, scuba diving, and boating charters, as well as jet ski rentals, parasailing, and more! Boynton Beach Oceanfront Park is about a 15-minute walk - just across the Intracoastal.

Costa Costa is a pet-friendly community, but along with that comes specific responsibilities that pertain to those Residents who are pet owners.
For example, management has received several complaints recently about Residents not walking their dogs securely, under control on a leash (6 foot maximum) in the common areas of the building.
Adhering to this is very important for the safety of Residents and pets alike.
Please see below a refresher of the Rules and Regulations
section 2.10 regarding pets:
a) Pet Ownership
ii. All Residents, including those in transient units as well as renters, must register all pets with the management office.
v. Pets may not be left unattended on balconies, terraces, patios and/or lanai areas.
c) Common Areas/Lobby
i) A pet must be on a maximum 6’ leash and under control at all times when in public or common interior areas of the building (including hallways) as well as on exterior property, adjoining sidewalks, etc.
iii. Pets are not allowed to roam freely or play in the hallways or any other interior common areas.
d. Pet Waste / Relief
i. Each Unit Owner and each Occupant shall be responsible for immediately picking up after any animal kept in such Unit Owner’s or Occupant’s respective Unit, including, without limitation, removing any waste deposited by such animal anywhere on the Common Elements or anywhere on the Property. Residents must pick up excrement deposited by their pets on Association grounds. Pet stations are located on the East side of the Casa Costa building
ii. Dogs are prohibited from relieving themselves at or near the front lobby entrance and in the garage. This includes for example: doors, sidewalks, walls planters and shrubs. Owners shall not allow their dogs to urinate on the posts in the garage.

Nicely Updated Condo
Casa Costa has great amenities and this condo is a perfect way to enjoy them. It has nice, newer furnishings and was very clean. Parking in the garage was convenient. The best part is the incredible and responsive support from the local iTrip staff. The operations manager, Tonya, was always available for a question and such a nice, professional person to work with.

Great place to Stay in Boynton Beach
Spacious, well maintained and very clean condo with everything you need. This is within easy walking distance (1 mile) to the beach and also within walking distance to several nice restaurants. The street noise is a bit loud if you're on the spacious balcony. The pool is very nice with sun there until late afternoon, even in February. The hot tub was not in service the entire time we were there, which was disappointing given the unusually cooler temperatures where we were there. The Itrip property manager Tonya is exceptional! She even brought us a space heater and extra comforter when it was cold and the heat was struggling to keep up. She is instantly responsive to any issues you may have and she is so very nice!
Condo was very nice and kept clean, 2 large TV's & USB charging throughout the unit. Kitchen was nice just wish it had a Keurig & we would have brought K-cups. It did have a brewer but we would have had to get filters & grinds.There were restaurants near by - we really liked Poloma if you like Mexican.Beach was a few minute drive (had bathrooms & outdoor faucets to clean off sand. The storage box behind the parking space was convenient which housed the beach chairs.Rooftop pool was nice and not crowded.iTrip was very responsive when we had questions.
The condo is so nicely decorated with cozy furnishings. The space is great for a single or couple. The building amenities were stellar and great upgrade from those of a hotel. Only problem we had was the bed linens and bath towels were not cleaned. The bed was made with no top sheet and all of the towels were half-dry in the dryer. Luckily the unit has a washer/dryer combo. We had to remove the linens and wash them before we could go to bed. The host did bring us additional laundry detergent since we had used all of our own. And she apologized for the inconvenience. We would rent with this company.
