Given the prices of the room, we left completely unsatisfied. The room’s and hotel itself are outdated. The beds are hard as a rock and we even found some leftover food wrappings in the pull out bed. Not to mention they charge you $40 for parking and parking is extremely limited. We will gladly take our money elsewhere and will not be returning.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever — Stay Far Away My family and I had the worst hotel experience imaginable. The moment we walked in, the place felt nasty to the T. There was a strong cockroach smell, the bed was uncomfortable and honestly looked creepy, and the sheets were clearly dirty. Even the towels smelled like they had already been worn. The entire room felt closed in, dark, and unwelcoming. Absolutely not worth the $650 we paid for two nights. To make matters worse, the front desk completely messed up our reservation. They accidentally gave our room to my brother-in-law because his name is similar to my husband’s. After that, they didn’t have another room ready for us. It was a total disaster and extremely unprofessional. The parking situation is another nightmare. You literally have to walk through half the building and take four elevators just to get to your car—if parking is even available. Overall, this is honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away.

The property was beautiful (especially once there was a dusting of snow). Indoor parking a plus. The ski in- ski out was fantastic and one of the reasons we chose this location. They have onsite rentals as well as ticketing a minute from the slope. Most units have lockers on main level for skis and boards (very handy). The staff was very kind, knowledgeable and Dan the manager was exceptional, detailed and very timely with responses and accommodation needs. We only tried the Cooper Den (new this year) and it was good but overpriced for simple bar food & drink. Lots of water fountains, pools, hot tubs and restaurant options. Gift shop moderately priced. Walkable to town and we loved that. We can’t wait to return in 2026.

Very expensive!! Each of the units is individually owned, but are lovely and extremely well maintained and rustic. My issue is that: I am unable to walk up and down stairs, easily, and the bedrooms AND bathrooms were upstairs!! Oh, and our fireplace was GAS, not woodburning!! I think you can submit requests, tho, as you book your room.

Beaver run is perfect for Peak 9-read green runs. With that in mind it is an excellent spot for families. You can easily get over to peak 8 on the slopes. It is an extensive hotel with 4 different buildings that are all connected via indoor walkways. The staff was very professional and welcoming. There is a shuttle available, but downtown is just a 15 min walk away. The king studio in Bldg 4 was spacious enough with a pullout couch, but had a strange floor plan and needs a refresh. Very satisfied with my stay and the resort.
