Killer location!

Location, location, location! This property is located in the heart of main Street. Close to restaurant shops in a short walk to the lift. We parked the car and didn’t move it once. We were able to walk to everything. Absolutely love the location and will rent here again

Perfect location for quick walk to Quicksilver Lift in the am and skiing back in the pm. Less than 5 min. Nice to be right on Main for evening strolls and a beverage. VRBO fees were high through compared to room rental itself.

Well-appointed, Clean & Comfortable Condo

My husband, son and I stayed here for a few days while meeting up with some friends we had met long ago while working overseas. The apartment is on Main Street and is very convenient to the shops and restaurants. It was very clean and the pictures in their ad represented it well. One thing I really appreciated was the fact there were extra pillows, sheets and blankets. We would definitely stay with Great Lodging again if we return to Breckinridge in the future.

lack of follow through

property manager did not forward arrival information to front desk, fgront desk was not aware of our reservation. they also stated we would recieve check in info three days before our arrival which we did not. unit was clean, location was good. some lamps and ceiling lights did not work. housekeeping could have left a couple more large towels in bathrooms. all in all, lamps and towels are minor. unit was in good shape.

Know this before booking

The room was great. I didn’t like however they listed the really nice gym as an amenity. It didn’t open until 10 am (during the time to ski) and you had to book a 1 hour time slot to use it and there were only 5 options and they were booked the whole time I was there. I had to spend $60 at the local CrossFit to get a workout in. (That CrossFit was amazing by the way!) the other thing listed were hot tubs. Those were all closed. Hot tubbing goes hand in hand with skiing. Probably wouldn’t have booked this if I knew about these two things. Could have found a cheaper place for sure. The condos and hotels were also at 100% capacity and restaurants were at 50%. We struggled to find places to eat until we started making reservations a day in advance. I would have likes to know this as well.

Able to walk everywhere

This is essentially a glorified hotel room, however you can't beat the location. The staff at the lodge were AMAZING! The lift access rocked, equipment valet was very nice, and underground park was convenient. The few issues we noted: We ran out of toilet paper in the main bathroom during our trip and there were no supplies to replenish it so we had to take the roll from the half bath. The water is pretty nasty tasting (chlorine used to treat it), so I'd recommend bringing a case with you. Lastly, they really need to update the TVs in the suite. Throwing a short 25 min episode of something while I waited to go dinner became an ordeal because of how slow the main TV moved.

Great Vacation-again!

We come to Breckenridge every year, this is our second time staying at this condo. If my husband and I go on a solo trip, this will forever be our place! Large living room, huge soaking bath that is perfect for after the slopes, enough kitchen for what you need, and location location location! A must stay in Breck!

Loved Location

I have stayed in many many places in Summit County and this was one of my favorites. Even though it's a one bedroom , it was surprisingly spacious. The location is hands-down one of the best. It's walking distance to all the main restaurants and even to the lift! I thought the price was very reasonable too. The reason I did not give 4 stars for cleanliness is I don't believe the bathtub was cleaned as there was a tiny bit of hair and dust. The shower, however, was very clean so it wasn't a big deal. One other downside was we were not told how to make reservations for the pool (due to COVID). I simply called the front desk and they were able to assist me. So, once again, not a big deal. Overall I was very pleased with my stay!

Vacation stay

The property was in a perfect location and the condo itself was nice. However, with COVID we were expecting a very clean place when we entered, unfortunately this was not the case. We walked into the bathroom and noticed that the toilet hadn’t been flushed, we found a dry contact on the counter, a few toe nails near the shower and dried up ketchup on the coffee table. On top of that the pull out bed was full of hair as well as dog food on the carpet. Needless to say the space was not cleaned properly to say the least and the management company did not take extra precautions because of COVID as they market when booking. The housekeeper was off duty so they were not able to attend to the room until the next day. We also got locked out of our room on three different occasions because the keys stopped working (all three that were checked out to us did not work). When we called the management company it took about an hour each time for someone to meet us to get us new keys as the management company is on the opposite side of town of the property. When you have two kids under 4 this is a lot to handle, especially when we just got done swimming. It also took time away from things we wanted to do while on vacation. We never complain and honestly this is the first review I have done and we come to Breckenridge two to three times a year and this by far was the least comfortable we felt in regards to cleanliness and accommodations. The condo itself is in a great location but I would stay away from the management company in the future.

Perfect location for Skiing!

This was a beautiful condo, within a 3-5 min walk to ANYTHING! Including the lifts! The amenities are great, the only thing missing is a robe. We would love to stay here next year!

Great Condo in the heart of Breck

This condo was beautifully decorated and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay! Steps away from restaurants, shopping and hiking. Check in was a bit tricky, especially if you are busy like me and did not keep up with the check in instructions. You have to go to another location to check in, but once I was there, it was perfect. One regret-I wish I would have booked one more day!
