Great location in town. Easy trolly ride to the gondola from right out front. Townhouse is huge. It was clean and well stocked with anything you could need for an extended stay. Host was very responsive. Perfect place and set up in Breckenridge.

A few things to consider when renting this property

The blinds in both bedrooms should be changed to darkening shades. Too much sun early morning at 5:30 am. No way to sleep till 7:00 am. If you want quiet at night and early morning this property may not be for you since it is noisy with main st behind the unit. Having windows open at night you hear traffic all night. Property is within walking distance of everything on main st. Very good location.

Very close to dog park and everything in town, very spacious. You can definitely tell animals spend time there so I don’t know if you’d want to be there if you don’t have pets, but with pets it was great.

Wonderful place in great location

The property is very nicely updated and furnished, and had everything we needed. The location is wonderful. -- right off main street which made walking to all the shops and restaurants super easy. You can hear a bit of street noise but it wasn't bothersome at all. The weather was very warm, which made the rooms upstairs a bit warm with no air conditioning, but opening the windows really helped. We definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

My wife and I chose this property because it is super close to all of the restaurants and shopping and we could take our pup. The unit is spacious and worked perfectly for our needs. Ski Weekend Getaway

This property was in a great location to enjoy both the ski amenities and the downtown allure of Breckenridge. It would work well for two couples or a single family, but really was meant to sleep 4 comfortably. Our college aged some slept on a couch in the open living room, which worked fine for him. Location was the key to this VRBO!

First, property was clean. This can sometimes be an issue with a pet friendly unit. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked. Furnishings could be improved but were functional. We were notified unit was ready for early check-in for an additional fee - an extra fee for late check-out makes sense, but if unit is ready early why should guest not be able to check-in when unit is ready without an extra fee. Overall very positive and we would enjoy staying there again.

Great Breck Rental!

Clean, well appointed & comfortable. This rental has current furniture & decorations, loads of space, & plenty of clean linens. It is in the heart of everything you want to do in Breck. I loved that they stocked the basics like dish and laundry soap and simple kitchen items. Highly recommended!
