Great place for multiple couples. The down stairs apartment was excellent for one couple with a spouse suffering with hip and knee issues. Management was always available and very cooperative. Beautiful location. Enjoyed game area and multiple TV areas. Thanks again.

Can't wait to rebook for next year!

My family and I had the most wonderful time staying at this property for a long ski weekend. Lots of room and the perfect layout for a large group... plenty of space to gather as a family while still affording privacy when you wanted it. Beautiful kitchen for congregating and entertaining, and an awesome loft with games and a pool table, which the teenagers loved. And checkin/checkout was a breeze. Kudos to Bretton Woods Vacations for all your communication and follow-up. Already counting down to next year!

Great location and very comfy for a crowd

Several couples enjoyed our stay Veterans Day weekend. Views of the mountains and sunrise were just beautiful. The house is huge and would’ve been comfortable with more people (There were only six of us.) We loved sitting by the fireplace. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was very well-equipped. Proactive communication we received before during and close to check out was very helpful. The area doesn’t have many restaurants, but what is there is very enjoyable.

Great stay at Bretton Woods Home

The home is perfect for a skiing vacation. We enjoyed the house layout and relaxing areas throughout. The location was perfect, 2min to the slopes. Great overall spot!!

Wedding Weekend

Nice big home for a group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Top floor game room a disappointment. A few minor maintenance issues... but great for sleeping arrangements and space to sprawl.

Wedding Weekend

We attended a wedding at the Mount Washington Hotel, but also wanted to have an extended stay to hike and explore the area. This VRBO rental was perfect. Located right near the Mount Washington Hotel made it a perfect location. The home is beautiful with plenty of bedrooms, kitchen with all necessary cookware, washer/dryer, and game room. The common areas are comfortable and a great place to gather and share stories. I am sure this would be an ideal rental for a ski week as well. This is a rental that as nice as the pictures are, the home is nicer. So walking through the door is one of those "wow" moments. :)

Great house for Bretton Woods vacation!

We had four families that stayed here for a few nights to ski at Bretton woods. It was such a great house for a big group with lots of space for young kids and adults. So easy to get to Bretton Woods everyday and relax at night. Thanks so much for an amazing vacation!

Cozy house perfect for a ski trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Our kids loved the game room! The only issue for us were the beds...which were a little hard. But that is just personal preference.

Haven in the Mountains

I spent Thanksgiving weekend at this lovely property with my family. We could not have asked for a nicer home or better location. The property is literally a stones throw from Mt. Washington Hotel and Bretton Ski Resort. We can’t wait for our next stay to create many more wonderful memories.

Fantastic Weekend Stay

We were looking for a large, comfortable house for 5 couples, long time friends. The house was plenty large enough, clean and we were thrilled to with the well pointed kitchen and pool table. Although we had plans for a fire in the fireplace and a fire in the fire ring outside, we didn't have enough time with all the hiking and exploring nearby. Be ready for stairs... it's a big house.

Beautiful and warm house

It was a really pretty house, huge!!the rooms where great. I kinda hate the mattresses on the beds were very soft, this makes my back pains, but this doesn’t ruined my great time that I had with my family there. Kitchen is very well equipped, all utensils and plates are enough to serve even 20 people. Overall the house is pretty, big, all you need is there, really good Wi-Fi, and the most beautiful environment.

Beautiful comfortable home

The process was a pleasure. This home had plenty of room for our family gathering of 12 adults. Tons of sitting areas, activities in the home as well as central to tons of hiking options. Everything was comfy and cozy. An overall lovely stay.

Beautiful Home in Lovely Setting

We rented the property to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The 10 of us were quite comfortable in the house - there was plenty of room and the house was well appointed. We were centrally located to many activities - Mount Washington, Flume Gorge, Hiking, even Lake Winnepesaukee. The entire rental process was seamless; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely rent this property again.

Hot Summer Weekend

Very nice, large, clean and well appointed. Had basically everything we needed for 9 adults and a dog with plenty of room to spare. The place is not air-conditioned and we were there during the worst heat wave of the summer. Lots of windows with screens, and some ceiling fans, so if you know how to manage the cross-breeze and chimney effect on airflow, the place remains comfortable and easy sleeping. Beautiful dark night sky as well.
