The pool heater was broken and we were not informed nor was there a sign therfore my son was subjected to freezing water and immediately got out. The room water was lukewarm at best.

Was in town for a show choir competition at RCB High. The hotel was amazing! The staff was great! The service was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
