When we checked-in Ken (mgr) was there. What an enjoyable and nice person he is. He stopped the next day to chat with us again. Also, I had left my purse on a chair in the dining room Sunday evening. It was breakfast Mon. morning when I realized it. Went down to the front desk and --of course--it was there waiting for me. Christie at breakfast set up discovered it and carried it to the desk. What a GREAT hotel !!!
