There is a few stairs leading up to the property and a lift, with stairs for emergency exit to access. The flat is on the second floor.

Getting around Kemptown, Brighton & Hove is simple. A taxi from Brighton Station to the flat will cost around £8, or you can enjoy a 15-minute walk. There are also numerous buses just a minute’s walk from the property, providing easy access to the heart of Brighton. Buses 1, 2, 7, and 37 all stop near St. James Street, with tickets priced from around £3 each way. Guests will self-check into the property via a key safe for ease. Check in times are 15:00 - 21:00.

During our out of office hours we will only be responding to emergencies - please call if you have an emergency. If you send a message or email outside of our office hours, this will be responded to when the office reopens.

House rules:
- Over 25’s only (children are permitted with adults)
- No parties, or unauthorised guests
- Please be mindful of neighbours

Please note the hallway recently had a leak from the property above. The leak is now fixed however we need some time for the area to dry before the remedials take place. This does not effect anyone staying its just aesthetically a bit unsightly to the entrance hallway.
